Matt originally joined the Partner Success Team 2 years ago as tech support, and really loved this role for the learning it provided in the product and process workflow design. Matt then moved into doing business plans with existing partners and onboarding new firms. After seeing what Dext can do for these firms and their clients, Matt was given an opportunity to focus on the top 100 firms in Australia. Matt is experienced in seeing how these firms service some of the largest small to medium sized businesses in Australia.
